Starting Line

Hey,
When you guys are starting a race off the gate, do you guys launch in 2nd gear or are you starting in 1st?
I'm gonna race for the first time in a county fair race, so any advice for a first time racer would be appreciated! Thanks, guys!

i know wat fair race ur racin at u would prob get down better if u started in 2nd but its w/e u feel comfortable doin

yea i liked it it was pretty fun wish i could run it this yr but im gonna be on a plane back home

u should come down in a 2 weeks to the carmi fair race theres always a big turn out and its a fun easy track lots of tables and small stuff

Got 3rd place! Think thats pretty good for a first timer. would have had 2nd but I got screwed on the start and had to work my way up. Was gaining on the second place guy but ran out of laps.

I'll look into it. I definately have the itch to do some more races now! I had alot of fun.
