Is there any way I can get the fuel screw out wo having a d shaped tool

You can get a small rubber hose and pop it on their.

K so how do I go about adjusting it do I just adjust it until I get a smoothe idle and do I need to mess with the idle screw iv never done this before and I'm fixin to put on a hmf sport series full system and I have a k&n filter I already have the choke removed and am going to install a 42 pilot and a bigger main

Don't mess with the screw yet; leave it where it is from the factory. Get the pipe and jets in first. Once you get that done, fire it up, warm it up good, and then let it idle. Turn the screw in until the RPMs start dropping. Now turn it out until you get the highest, smoothest idle possible. The mixture is now set. From that point you can adjust the idle speed where you want it using the big thumb screw sticking out of the left side by the float bowl.
