Hello! I have a picture that I would like to use as my avitar, but it says it is too many bytes. I had found out it is about 22,000 bytes. Well, I was wondering if it is possible to "de-byte" a picture and if so, how would you go about doing something like that?

Thanks!
Colton W.

change the file type or make it smaller. also has to be under a certain size for an aviator

De-byte lol, sorry I had to chuckle at that one.:p Open the picture in Picture Manager, if you are using Windows. You can resize it using that.

you can also resize in the editing portion of photobucket thats how i did mine, and no it doesn't effect the original image so if you decide to you use a photo you took you will have the original and the one you resized for avatar use

Well, I already re-sized it (@ 65x65pix) and it still says it is too many bytes.. Do I have to make it smaller in order to decrease the bytes?

copy and paste into ms paint and then click save as and save it as a jpeg
