Lower motor, Transmission, gears, crank, rod, bearings, cases, etc. (Basically I removed the flywheel and clutch basket.) This case has never been opened and is off a lightly used 2004. - $300 This lower end is very nice and I don't mind keeping it as a back up for my 440.
