i know its been asked before but i need a real quick answer. just built my motor. 440. 11:1 compression. what jets should i be running? thanks.

you shouldn't have to re-jet. i didn't and my jetting was still spot on. did you go from factory bore to a 440?

i would make sure it is good first and you will most likely have to go up on the main at least. i dont hear of too many people who do not have to rejet. i know i did for everything. I would say at least a 175 main but i would check out the jetting threads and see what some other guys with 440s are running that are close to you. elevation also plays a part since being closer to sea level you can jet richer than in higher elevations. the air is denser there. good luck. steve
