Water and oil

I jumped through a deeper river crossing than expected and sucked in a bit of water. In the trans side of my engine the oil is like an almost silver color. is that just the water some how mixed with the oil?

oil and water don't mix...

I'd change the oil, better spending $30 now than $1000 later.

i just did the same thing to my ltz i had to chaage my oil4 times before the oil wasnt whte any more but ProspectorJim is right you should chage that right away because youll get rust in your motor
