I was looking to use my GPS on my 2003 Z400 and I need to find a 12v connector I was looking at this one cause it seems easy. I'm not sure if its a good set up because it hooks right to your battery like a battery tender. I was wondering if this would cause a constant drain on my battery and kill it. I thought something like this should be hooked to something that works with the ignition key. let me know what you guys think... thanks
