Hi,

Does anyone know what chain size (not length) a 1996 Honda TRX300EX is? Do ATV's use the same sizes like #35, #40 as standard chains?

I took the engine off my 300ex to use on this off road buggy im' building with a bunch of my friends. It's going to have a dual swingarm rear independent suspension with a dual chain drive (no need for CV axles = saving 500+ dollars) but the problem is that the engine uses a 520 chain while all the sprockets that would mount on a shaft are like #35 or #40.

any suggestions?
