Ill make this short. I made the mistake of taking my 8yr old daughter to a flat track race and now she wants to do this also. What is a good kids quad to get and why. Yes she can ride she's on a beat up Honda 70 now.

DRR
If you want to flat track and tt stay with the single a arms as they are lighter than a dual a armed quad. We race flat track on a single a armed Dinli and have great success with it. Its one awsome machine.

For some reason or another I'm leaning to a trx90.

This is ours we raced against a super fast Hetrick trx 125 and smoked it with a 80cc 2 stroke and they had over 5000.00 in motor he said so if you have the $$$$$ Five digits to spend and still get beat then this is your progative and its no business of mine but im just trying to help you not spend all that money and not be able to be competive. Do what you want its just IMO. We now run a mean water cooled 86cc motor thats amazing. So just be careful of which way you go.

Very nice. I'm not planning on using the 90 at all I'm planning on a cr85 power plant

I have a friends DRR / CR85, that I built for him, that is up for sale. It is set up right now for flat track racing. The long travel setup is not an option anymore, but price might be negotiable with him. Let me know if you are interested.

we run an Apex in flat track, it is lowered with a sway bar and a built Malossi motor anD my Kid just dominates with it. However if your rules allow a shifter and you want a cr85 I would take a look at a JB Mod chassis that is built for the CR85. You can get them already set up for flat track and tt, but they are not cheap.

Here's a couple newer photos. I am in the process of puting a carbon fiber swaybar assembly on it.
