400ex shocks on 450r?

Just wondering if some PEP shocks off a 400 will work on a 450r.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

They would work but they will probably make it sit a little bit lower

Yes they would but you would prolly want to revalve. The 450r in stock form is wider than the 400ex instock form so depending on the widths your swapping to the shocks may be to stiff or soft.

They will fit but it will be softer i believe since the arms on the 450 are longer they will put more stress on the shocks. that is why the 450 shocks are harder when put on a 400. steve
