Do you have fuel and spark?

Naw you don't need that.. check the oil first.:huh jkjk

Wait on checking the oil, Do what Offroadhonda said, you can check that oil after you get it running and it actual gets a chance to pump it.

make sure all eletrical lines are hooked up, including neutral wire, make sure kill switch is in the run position, check the gas line and make sure gas is on, check carb for gas too, there is a screw on the bottom of the fuel bowl, unscrew it to see of gas comes out, if it does then your carb has fuel and you can screw it back in. check spark, and when it starts then you check the oil, but you should have pored oil in the top end beforeyou put it back together, you can just take one of the covers off the the top end which exposes the rocker arms, you can pour oil in that way and it ensures that their is oil in the motor, it will lube the cam, the cam chain, and it will run down into the oil pump.

they all tend to wobble a bit, mine does but as long as it stays in place its fine, also you might want to try turning up your idle screw, my motor wouldn't start when i first tried it because it wasn't getting any fuel, so all i did was pump the throttle a few times and barely gave it gas and tried it and it fired right p
