Help with jetting please

I have a 09 400x just bought a hmf sport series full system and k&n filter and the hmf keihin hex jet kit it recommends 180/200 I was wondering if that was right and do I have to change the pilot

You dont have to change the pilot but most do.

As for jet size all are different and im not sure on HMF jet sizes
