Maybe if you heat it up and beat it like ****. That way it might bend a bit so you can get it out ?? , if you havent tried that. I got my out but it wasnt bent lol. How did you manage bending it ???

yeah....i've tried heating it up. It doesn't seem to work. and i've beat it like he11, everything. I'm stressed out because it's pushing my rebuild back. If worst comes to worst, i'm gonna cut the swingarms and try to cut the bolt......I don't really wanna use the plasma cutter because my motor is right there.

I'm not sure how i did it.....for all i know, it may have been broke for a long time. i have no clue.

Hey,
Get yourself a sawsall w/a metal blade.
Cut the bolt between the swing arm and frame, cutting also the thrust washers. Not the frame or swing arm tube.
Do the same between the motor and swing arm on both sides.
After you have the swing arm removed that way, then remove the pieces of the bolt left in the motor and swing arm.
Bye a complete bearing kit and replace the whole thing.

Fedex sucks. it shipped on the 31st of december but still isn't here. they have no idea what is goin on, i talked to 2 different people and they both said different things, but i'm getting my $8 shipping back. it's been supposedly sitting in the same place since friday.

When you put the new one in, It's a good idea to never seize the bolt.

yeah...i'll pry end up cutting it everywear possible. I'm getting a new swingarms so i'm not really worried about the old swingarm, BUT i would like to have it as a spare.

Take a peice of all-thread the length of the swing arm bolt plus 2", weld it to the head of the bolt. Now take a peice of pipe and put over the all-thread. Install nut and washer and tighten down, as you tighten this, it pulls the swingarm bolt out. I have also cut them, cut on the right side first with the big spacer, then knock it out, slide motor over and cut other side out now.

sounds like it needs to be cut out.. everyone says beat the he11 out of it...Well that's easier said than done..I soaked mine with PB blaster for over a week,,beat it with a 10 lb sledge and it never budged...order a swingarm pivot bolt kit from pivot works and cut the mofo out..quit wastin time on tryin to knock it out.. good luck
