I'm trying to figure out how to move my applications to the bottom of the screen

I've got an older 8820 it's a Theme under Options to change the icon layout.

Do you mean just move the icons around in different order? I think on mine I hold Alt when I click on the icon.

my mom has a dark red one with a fox sticker and clearish white case on it........but idk how to move icons

Did you really need to post that? Cause Im pretty sure no one cares about your moms phone. Maybe if you knew how to answer the question someone would.
