New steering stabilizer never mounted. Made by moose racing. This is the item description Moose racing gives from their website:

It looks rebuildible cuz it has the c clips on each side but I am not 100%. It has 7 way adjustable from soft to stiff. I will take 115$ including shipping and I only take paypal. I have a perfect trader feedback and I provide all tracking info. Hurry wont last. This all fits:
