350x motor

Ok, i've seen a bunch of people with 350x motors on a 300ex and i'm just wondering what kind of mods you have to do to make it fit. will 300ex exhausts still work? What about the tranny? :confused:

Here is a kit from Poweroll for the 250X. I am assuming it would be about the same for the 300.
