looking for a trx 70 help

just picked up a little quad
do these have a netural switch preventing them from starting in gear? recoil is gone on this quad and i was trying to push start it and no spark,

also need parts seat foam and cover plastic and recoil assebly

Yes they do. Its down near the shifter. I don't remember
exact location. but that will prevent it from starting.
