check out the faq forum, there has to be something there, the manual explains it too, also try a search

take your axle out, slide out he old carrier, and slide in the new one. How hard can it be.

It is not that easy the first time that you do it. After about 40 or 50 times it will become easy. Do some searching and it has been talked about very much.
