On another note, I used a jigsaw on mine. Cut one side, sanded it down, then traced it with a peice of cardboard. Flipped the cardboard over, scribbed a line and cut the other side. finshed it up with sand paper. However, My father in-law did this with his red plastic. Sandpaper and red plastic don't mix. when you try to round the edges of the plastic, it makes it look really faded.

Did he take a lighter to the edge after sanding it?
