Hey guys I'm looking at buying some rear hiper wheels. I know I will be getting tech 3's but I dont know if to get single or double beadlock. I'm barely getting into MX so i dont do alot of big jumping. Will I be ok with the single beadlocks?

get dual!! every single ring hiper i have seen has broken, i had dual and never had a problem plus its easier to change a tire also, dont even waste your time with single

personaly i would go with dwt for mx, there cheaper and easier plus ive never had an issue with them... ive had hipers for a long time, it seems like the qualitie has droped off alot... just my opinion

I never had a problem with my hipers, and i ran them for three years. This year i went with douglas because they give more support than hiper and like mentioned before they are cheaper. Im very happy with my DWT wheels and they will continue to have my business.

I ran them for a race or two on my KTM then ended up selling them to a buddy for a good price, and i get 50% off douglas so i went that way, and Zryder85, OMF's look good but they are hella expensive and very heavy

I'm kind of in between the hipers and DWT G2 right now. I really like the look of the hipers, but i dont want to be dealing with stripped screws, air leaks and from what i've been told from several people bad customer service. I guess reliability is more important than cosmetics.

The Douglas G2's and Rok Outs look great, you can get front beadlocks also and can get the rings in any color you want also

I saw they had colored bead rings. Called DWT today and they want $33 per ring. The only reason I was going to hiper is because I can get a used set for $100, but I have to replace one of the halves. So basically about $170 for 1 1/2 year old hipers. But after hearing what everybody had to say about the hipers I started backing down.

Id go DWT .. We ditched our Hipers and prefer Doulgas over any other wheel.

Hey i just want to thank everybody that gave me some input about the wheels. After reading everyones reply i decided to go with the Douglas Champion in a Box kit. As soon as i get more money i will be purchasing some colored rings. Anybody know where to get these??
