My cousin has a 300ex and wants to know if a 400ex or 250r stock axle would work on his 300ex.

I had to replace my axle a while back and all i have to say is DO NOT GET ONE FROM THE HONDA SHOP! I got one and it was 374 bones and when u look at the part in magazines that have the advertisements of the distributers and wholesale stuff and u can find them for 250-350 bucks like in atv sport and dirt wheels

That really doesnt answer my question. I asked if a stock 400ex axle or 250r axle would work on his 300ex. He wants to know because they are wider. Has anyone tried this or know?

MichaelS639 I feel bad for you I have seen them for under $100 brand new !!!

Also Troy86250R I was comparing my 250R axle to a 300ex's and I dont see any reason why they wouldnt be interchangeable. <<<<<(sp)
