what length shock do the long travel arms use? is there a wait for these arms and swingarms for the 87 lt500r?

For the Long travel a-arms use 17 1/2 shocks. It would be a 3 week wait on the a-arms and swingarm.

What has been done to increase the Travel, I looked at the pics on the Burgaurd site, looks as if only the bottom mount been lowered, will this place less stress on the suspension? The Geometry of the LT500 just sucks.

Damn 17.500" eyelet to eyelet? well thats custom, looking at the Works site seems the LTR 450 are 17.62 and might work?
