i am selling my custom set-up for a 400ex the exhaust has been on a 400ex for about 6 months the piston was never installed and head gasket are new as well all still in packaging, check it out on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/400ex-exhaust-pipe-piston-gaskets_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3 a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a1171Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trk sidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem20ac800879QQitemZ14 0333025401QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories the pipe worked AMAZING i was very impressed and you will not find one like it, the quad was put back to stock and sold, so i am left with a pipe and new piston/gasket set you WILL NOT find a better set up for less.....i notice this link is not working...you may be able to copy paste it, if not just go to ebay and look up 400ex exhaust pipe and there will be a pick of a header bein sold out of michigan once you find it and click you will see the other parts that are included, pipe is a white brothers header that has been extended to fit into a 450r muffler with a remounted stock location mount so this exhaust hangs just like the stock exhaust but flows MUCH better, it comes with two spark arrestors one is just the screen so the pipe flows better and has a better sound, the other is the stock pea shooter from the 450r, this pipe will fool your friends if they dont look closly but the header is bigger then stock and the muffler is larger as well, the pipe has been set up to hand and look like the stock muffler with no mods to the plastic or brackets, jets where 45 pilot and 170 main with a K@N filter and no lid most pipes are only 45 pilot and 160 main this goes to show how well this system works over most all other pipes and no need to worry about replacing exhaust packing
