That's what you call a self-plugging tire.

tru

i hate flats more then anything. i had to limp my 400ex home several times with a flat rear tire...id just stand on one side of the nerf bars and cruise on home that way...one time i got a rail road spike in my tire that sucked more then anything.

I could think of worse. Ever yack your motor 30 miles out on a trail ride? Sucks, there's no limping it home like with a punctured tire. I'd take a sliced sidewall anyday over that.

yea that would hella blow....but i try to ride with the "buddy system" so if my quad was to fail id aleast have a tow home...but when i blew out my tire i was pretty far from home but i wont with nobody so.

i try not to do stupid shyt on my quads when im alone because you never know what can happen. but i also keep my cell in my pocket too

Hmm I can run over just about anything with my razr 2's , they are like tank armor. Got them after a branch ripped out my stock tire sidewall.

belive it or not,....
I had a toothpick go through a brand new steel belted BFG TA All Terrain, on my Suburban a few years back.
It went through the thickest block in the tread, and completly through the steel belts!
I couldn't belive it !
Guy at the tire shop was laughing his butt off.
