I'm working on my project 250r. The rear wheels are wobbley on both sides. The axle actually runs out of thread before the bolt can tighten the wheel on all the way. There are spacers in between the axle and wheel, but I don't think thet are big enough. I was thinking about using conduit or pipe to make a bigger spacer, would that be alright? Sorry if this confusing.:)

If its an adjustable axle, and it doesnt tighten all the way, u are suposed to put the spacers on the other side of the hub. And that takes up the extra slack

hey sly, I'm an electrician and can tell you that conduit would be way to soft and you should really try to find a better way to fix your problem.
