Whats the best brake pads that I can get for my 400ex?

stay away from veserah

i also like the ebcs but i get the severe duty ones. they seem to work great for the mud and sand but if you are racing or want a softer pad then get the others. the severes are really hard and make the machine stop just a bit longer. good luck, steve

Steve Ive got the hmf muffler on my ex they sent me a 155 jet for it and Ive been told that I should of gotten a 165 with it. do you know what the stock pilot jet size is? I havent been that far in the carb.

The stock main is 148 and the stock pilot is 38 which on my stock bike seems to run a little lean sometimes.The next time I get into it I'm gonna change it to 150 main and 40 pilot and see what happens.

is the pilot jet and the slow jet the samething?
