06 needs more power, help guys

06 outlaw 500, already went down a tooth on the front, going to the hardware store today thanks to some of your guys pics on the intake tube. Are slipons really worth the $200? I usually just ride moto tracks i guess and it's hard to get up to speed for doubles and long tabletops after a turn. From what i understand, there arn't too many aftermarket parts for the 500's anyway cause they only built em for 2 years. So any and all performance tips are welcome, and the cheaper the better, tight budget and all. thanks guys for helpin out a new guy.


also, the tranny clunks when downshifting, quite scary sounding

they only built the outlaw 500 for two years true but they built the predator for 4 years and it uses the same motor so anything motor wise should work. Best bang for the buck is the HPD 558 kit.
