1987 250x

I have someone that wants to sell me a 1987 250x for 800.00 in good condition (i think) but i am concerned about how hard it will be to kick start and if 800 is a good deal or not. Any help?

I payed $300.00 for my stock 87 250x knowing i needed to fix so holes in the fenders kick starting mine is no problem the more you do it the easyer it gets

I have a high compression piston in mine and it isnt that bad. Usually kicks over in a couple kicks. 1 kick after it is warm. Unless you have little stick legs. Yes 800 is a good price if it runs good and everything is there. I paid 100.00, but mine needed a full rebuild and didnt have plastics. Basically a full reconstruction.
