I was thinking, what if we had a section with the service manuals for a 300ex, 400ex, 250ex, and 250r on here so that if people wanted a quick look at how to do something they could.

Good idea but posting those manuals would violate copywrite laws and would get us in a lot of trouble! :(

Muff, what about torque? Thats the main reason I need a manual, I have torqued enough heads off my 300, and one off the bumper of the 400ex...

yup i torque every bolt on my 300 at least every one i can find other wise i break every thing lol i broke the bolt off that holds the batery box to the frame then coundg=nt get it out. I drilled it out with an easy out then broke that off then tried to drill that out breaking 4 bits doing that then finaly got theough that and just kept dtrilling bigger holes then tapped it and attached a bolt to the back lol thats why i need a manual so i can torque everything. lol call me stupid. But serioulsy i think honda needs to learn a lil bit from canondale. efi online manuals ect just dont take there fugly plastic lol

oh yeah i forgot about that, for most stuff like the usual bolt ons I just tighten for what I think the bolt can hold
