Anyone ever done this? I know its a little bit more difficult because of the rivits. Someone please tell me if this is worth it. I bought an HMF off ebay. The PC is ****, and the exhaust is rattling, I imagine it needs to be repacked. I figure if I pull it apart, get the can re-PC'd and re-pack it, its like a new exhaust? Let me know.
thanks, Joe

fresh packing would definatly help, and a new coat of paint couldnt hurt. try it and let us know how it works out.

whats decent money? Haha.
thanks for the info JH, I got a minor refund on the exhaust tonight, so I am going to get to drilling those rivits out, repacking the exhaust, and I think I may just sand the can back down to brushed finish for now. We shall see, haha.
