DLR conversion users?

anyone here use the DLR conversion to taper front wheel bearings? I recently installed them and one wheel is fine. But the other keeps ejecting all the grease out of it. I set the preload and etc. just like the instructions.

Any ideas?

Is this for the 86-87 or 88-89? The reason I ask is because I sent them my 86 hubs a couple of years ago and they matched bearings and seals up and installed them for free but said they weren't going to sell that kit because the seals didn't fit quite right. I think the 88-89 kit is fine though.
