thermostat?

has anyone tried runnin no thermostat in any of the 3 clones ? my kaw seems to be over heating and its taking to long to open or possibly not opening far enough

havent had a problem with over heating and my dvx usaully gets a hell of a work out have you tried just putting a new one in also i found a aftermarket temp sensor on ebay claims it turns the fan on at a lower temp keeping engine temps down thinking of triing that myself

we remove the thermostat on all the 400 motors we build. they will run abt 10 degree cooler

yes none. just put alittle hight temp rtv on the surface of the water spigit. we also remove all the reverse gears. its less drag on the moto and helps it rev faster.
