okay i live in wi and i was jw if i swap motors would i have to get it registered again since the motor size is different my card says 1999 honda 400 so if i change the displacement would it mess anything up or no???

The VIN is on the frame, so I would say no. But I live in Oregon where you do not have to register or even a title.
