I’m looking for an aftermarket header to go with my Motoworks slip on. I can’t find one anywhere. The FMF Powerbomb will fit the bike, but I can’t get any guarantees from FMF or Motoworks that it will fit the slip on. Do I need to start over and buy a full set up? I added some goodies and want to take full advantage of the power (440BB, Hotcams, P&P to go with my FCR and no airbox setup). Any suggestions? If I have to bite the bullet and buy one, what’s the best value? I ride primarily in the desert and on trails.

Find out the I.D. of the header and the O.D. of the slip-on that should tell you wether it'll fit or not. Even if it is the same you could just take iy to an exhaust shop and have them expand it just a bit to fit. Thats what I did to get my Yosh header to fit my FMF pipe.

I can get the measurements of the slip-on. Cataway, can you get the header measurements? I'm more concerned with the header being too long or too short. If it's too long, I can work with it. But too short and I'm SOL! I'm actually picking the bike up from the shop Saturday, so I'll get the measurements then.

The end of the Motoworks pipe is ~1.580. If the Yoshi is 1 5/8 (1.625), the difference is about .045. How tight/loose should this fit?
