First go back to 3rd grade and learn proper grammer and spelling!

Second IF your engine is getting "Highly modified" it will have port work.
IF so, have the rubber intake ported aswell to match the head.

This will open it up drasticly, it might not match the ID of the 400ex carb but hey Velocity is the key to filling a cylinder properly.
So in a nutshell. Just match the rubber intake to the ported head and call it a day. You will be happy with it.

GL on the jetting.

The 400 boot will not fit because of how it mounts.

Here is somthing that might help. These are universal boots of different sizes. You just need to know the distance in mm between the studs and the carb size. This came out of the 2010 Tucker Rocky ATV book.

I do not think so. All you would have to do is call your local dealer and give them the Tucker Rocky part number. If I was still with Ronayers I would hook ya up.

I had no problem getting the 400ex carb to slide into the boot. Now the air box side was a different story..
