but if its a "wonder item" like a ton of ebay stuff, its probably not worth the time you spend on it

am my friend got one...it plugs onto the battery and its supposed to help starting and increase performance?

Put the quad on a dyno without it and then with it installed. I guarantee the before and after chart looks like this.
