The starter on my bike is really inconsistent, it will start to roll over the engine sometimes but other times it will just make a loud "screaming" sound and doesn't try to roll the engine over at all, like something is slipping inside. I've heard other bikes doing it before too. Also, I just put brand new brushes in it so I know thats not the problem. Anyone know what might be causing it?
