2009 raptor 90cc

Help! I am building a new 2009 yamaha raptor. I have made a great deal of emprovement, but I'm stuck at the speed limiter, cant find any after marked CDI box . help!!!

Check with Justin at Maximum RPM. He has had experience with Can-Am's 4 stroke so it may be comparable.

Give us an update on what you have done so far,pipe,suspention etc.:)

You may want to check with fred at vpe performance, he built our ds 90x and a polaris outlaw 90. pm me and i'll give you his number.

hours and hours of online searching, and phone calls, and still nothing. dead end after dead end.

IMO,It's not a good machine to mod. That's prolly why you cannot find much help/info. :(

The Raptor 90 has a DC-CDI.It doesent look like anyone has made a high rev box for the 90 yet.This place say they have high rev cdis using DC pulse.

I agree cant help but to think there is some potential in this quad.
