Shock ?

I read in another thread that 300ex shocks will fit a 250ex. What needs to be done to make this happen? One of my main riding buddies has a 250ex and would love to do this. How much for a pair of 300ex shocks? Someone said something about using washers but I'm not sure what the reference was. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have asked alot of questions about this and everyone tells me that the bottom shock mount fits but u need to use washers bettween the shock mount on the 4 wheeler and the shock to make it a snug fit. I have been lookin for some works for a 300 ex to put on mine so i hope its true haha but sounds pretty simple and logical to me

you should only need the washers on the top mount sorry i didnt make that too clear

Yeah, I would like to see it. Does it make the front end sit any different or are the shocks the same lenght? If they are longer are they the same when they are compressed?
