the aforementioned perp may or may not have been involved in the theft of a heavily modified yfz450 and trx90

Alledged.....there is no proof unfortunatley. The other guy involved is keeping a low profile.....cops havent even seen him. I dont think he is hiding from the law......

They were out last night searching for a stolen RM85....kid in the same neighborhood is suspected of having it. Economy is bad, folks steal more. A Yammy 250f was also boosted a few nights ago just down the road from here.

damn you guys are dealing with a lot of theft down there....things are rough around here with the gangs lately, they've been getting into shootouts left and right in heavily populated areas but we haven't had issues with high profile thefts yet. got my fingers crossed it doesn't get any worse.

Its great that he was caught, but it is not great that the report that anyone can look at mentions when and where the "confidential informant" made the purchase. Hopefully the informant isn't just some teenager that they flipped for possession of a dime bag of weed or something.:huh

Yeah I saw where the article said he was bailed out, how long would a charge like that normally put someone away once he finally gets his day in court (in like 8 months....awesome system)

Reptikes? You seem to be our resident lawyer, how long?
