250r rear brake conversion

i searched and found a lot of guys are using 250r calipers on the rear. ive got a 250r caliper, anti-fade nut, brake stay and rotor. i mocked it up earlier tonight and found some clearance issues between the caliper and swinger. i didnt have much time to work on it tonight so i may have missed something. anyone else run into this issue. anyone have any pics?
