What kind of stem is this? Is it stock height?

i measured from seal to top of bushing holder 27" i took it offf a bike with leager front end so im not sure

ok ck thisout nobody really knows what the stnd length is so i call nate at walsh he measured a stnd stem end to end was 26" mine is around 28" so it would be +2
