I have The 1999-2002 Honda TRX 400EX Service Manual in PDF I am sure it is the same up to 2004. The 2005 and up would be different because they have reverse, but it should be kinda close on alot of stuff. Let me know and I can get it to you.

i tried to purchase a shop manual from a dealer once right after i got my quad, dealer special ordered it... when it came it was the little 1/4 inch thick like 4 x 6 owners manual, and no return on special orders lol.
