hell my buddy just bought an 05 with full lrd exhaust, uni filter, dg bumper, dg nerfs, dg belly skid, and swinger skid, k&n oil filter, and dude even gave him a quad cover, o'neal pants, jersey, gloves, and a fox helmet, also gave him the alu. loading ramps, a rotar lock, and royal purple oil with a new oil filter to change the oil


he gave the guy 1900 dollars. the stock tires still had the tits on the side of them. he robbed this guy blind

yea i kno. if i would have had the money at the time i would jumped all over that deal but unfortuneately i didnt. im waiting to see what honda produces for 2010 before i go get another quad

if they dont do nothin but BNG then i prob will be in the market for a 06-08 model

but the quad looked brand new aint have many hours on it...it was clean and well taken care of.

I think Honda will be making a big mistake if the put efi on the 450r. I mean whats a matter with a good ole carb? I think the whole efi thing is just a phase but who knows. And Damnit I wish I could change my name on here lol. I hate DS's but I made the name a few years back before the ds was on the rise and lets just say I've joined the Honda bandwagon and I'll never look back. I wanna get a 04-05 450r with a kickstart over this coming winter and have it all built up to my liking by next spring... I'll prob just get shocks and beef up the motor a lil. Cosmetics don't make a quad fast.

i dont think they will be making a mistake with the EFI as much as i think they would be making a mistake maken their frames alu....being as youd have to use 2x the alu. to make the walls wider opposed to steel or chromoly.

what made you jump on the honda bandwagon? oh yea you can also have your name edited...talk to a mod about it. i know several have done it

i had an 06 that i loved. it was plenty fast for me for what little mods that was done to it she ripped. i couldnt imagine riding a full race motor in a 450r because the power that you can get from them with some minor changes. i put the hrc kit in mine, K&n filter, and a wb carbon pro 2 exhaust and the change in power from stock to the hrc kit'ed 450 w/ exhaust and free flowing filter was night and day. i couldnt believe it was the same quad. i put the hrc kit in and then later put exhaust on...just the exhaust alone un corked it that much more even after the hrc kit

Ahh I switched to Honda because you can't destroy them and everything they make is more reliable than they're competions soo it was an easy choice hahah. I'll have to find a mod around here to ask them about changing my name... Ya I guess it'd be worse if honda went to a alum frame over efi hahah. The only thing I like about efi is that they start better in colder temps and run better in high altitudes verus carbs
