I just re-ringed my R because it was way low on compression , like 70lbs.
I can`t find the recommended break-in proceedure in the service manual anywhere , which is odd.
Does anybody know the deal there??

GO TO THIS LINK AND READ IT THOROUGHLY. This is the correct way to do it. I learned this when i went to mechanics school, learned it at Honda when I worked there. This is the CORRECT WAY TO DO IT. That link is the best link i have ever seen with questions and answers to every option. Like it said, dont do it in the garage, get it out on the street or track. Let it cool down properly between intermissions and your piston will look like motoman's piston every time. Greta post wilrideanything!!:D
