g-force axle play

Hey guys,
is it normal for my g-force axle sprocket hub to be able to move side to side about 1 inch of play? ps: axle is brand new

or is there play till you get the carrier on then it will push the hub over ?

When you put it on the bike and tighten the axle nut it should not have any play at all. Tighten the axle nut and kick the right wheel at the same time. keep doing until there is no more play in the sprocket.

don't forget to tighten down the carrier itself. the four bolts on the swingarm.

ya i dont have the axle on the bike right now

Install the axle and the slop will go away.
