how does a stripped frame look befor it gets powder coated?
any pics?
would it be possible to just put clear on it without a color

Depends on what media is used to strip it.

If they are peened, it looks like a raw metal. It could be cleared, I would just have to make sure when its blasted its done very good. Usually we have to hit spots with a sander etc that wouldnt look good if cleared.

have you ever seen any of burgards parts in raw steel.
ive gotten a couple sets of their a arms in raw steel and clear coated them... would a bare frame look anything like that?

No, it would be a much lighter grey
