A press is the easiest way. if you dont have access to a press get creative with a big c-clamp

Get them out from where? I purchased a blind hole bearing puller from Harbor Freight and it has saved me many times.

I used a dremel with a small cut off wheel and spiral cut them

match size socket with extension and a hammer is what i have always used. (not your good stuff) PB blast or WD-40 before engaging in removal.

ok i dont know how well i can explain this but im gonna try...
where the bearings sit on a 88 89 style swinger... there one on the right side then theres a smaller shaft that sits in the middle part then theres another bearing right? the OD of where the bearings sits doesnt go all the way through the swinger does it?

the outter bearing race should be a lil taller than the lip(bottoming area) for the bearing. what you may need to do is to use a long blunt ended shaft to drive it out from the opposing side. this will be most effective if you'll first heat the bearing area with a propane torch.

I agree, although I use MAPP gas. The torch and a sand weighted rubber mallet are very important tools.

Best way is to weld a 1/4" bead on the inside race. This gives you something to hit, but when that bead cools down it will shrink the race. It will almost fall out without having to hit it.
hope this helps

PICS LMAO im lucky to get logged in
Yeah if you have a welder just reach inside the swinger and weld a bead on the bearing surface(you have to knock out all the needles) about 1/4-1/2" going around the same way a needle would. It is sometimes hard to reach in there but I do it all the time.
BTW you can ground to you alumnium swinger
