just got the sr4 slip-on installed on the ds..i love the sound and i do feel a difference with it on, the only thing is it seems alittle harder to start now and also ive felt the atv baug down once or twice..i have the stock intake and lid off. i guess its still not getting enough air or somethin? also the exhaust seems to pop alot, idk if thats do to the packing breaking in or what. just wanna make sure its not running lean or anything..and i do not have the wire cut yet due to my warrenty.

You are going to be lean until you cut the pink wire, that richens the fuel delivery.

thats what i figured..will i be fine for a while or will it harm the engine to much and just cut the wire? Im just trying to keep the warranty from being voided. ..

If its lean you can blow up your motor and I can assure you it won't be covered under warranty... which is more than likely void with the pipe on it anyways.

exhaust have never voided my warranty. my dealer cut my pink wire when they did a recall. i don't think that voids the warranty either.

yea i knew there was a possability of it blowing, wasnt sure if it would be that lean, but id rather not take the chance. guess ill see how well this cut rlly works
