08 outlaw motor issues

I have a 08 outlaw irs and it runs like hell. The thing dies out if i crack the throttle wide open from idle, what the hell is that? I climb hills and it always dies right at the top when im on and off the throttle.

The motor gets hot and it seems to cutout and wont rev it feels like a scrambler in reverse without override (i had a scram before).

Also in water it doesn't rap out i have to keep double clutching to keep rpms up in first gear.

on flat pavement it flat out runs like a raped ape.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU KNOW MY ISSUE.
I love the bike but something is missing. Is it jetting?

check for slack in throttle cable and due a search on jetting

After checking the throtel cable order a JD jetting kit, they work great.
